So what I get out of this is that as I get better at ancient instincts I will walk around and randomly find preps from wilderness areas? Will these be area dependent such as stone skin from area X haste from area Z from specific spot A in the area as I walk through? Finding sleeks is easier than this at least there seems to be some kind of system that I have figured out. At least with sleeks you can get something from people IC.
