Fighting alongside Liantae as two chars, and watching Marintok get curbstopped earlier in life. I wouldnt agree with the "They don't fear anything". It can definitely be a squishy build depending on how played and the tactics utilized. I've seen Liantae get kicked around from straight damage just as much as I've seen her take down groups. It matters the build. I'd say in earnest from what I've seen...Invokers stand up fairly well I am not vet in the least. But as an ally I know ice needles and straight forward damage like that worried her more then anything. Yes she has a legacy that aids with it, she alongside with Lilyth where always worried about the invokers therefore we took them down firstly. And as an ally I was a lot more mouthy with her, because I knew as an invoker I didn't have to be as overly worried. I'm sure some vet's can come along and seriously disapprove of my theory. But this is just from someone who has played alongside during a time where Empire vs. Outlander were clashing everyday all day for awhile. With two enemy invokers in their midst. As far as marintok, I've been on the recieving end of his blows and whereas they royally suck I still stick by a fully ABS invoker giving him trouble. He's spear/sword so no need to worry about pincer, shield elect for all the riposte? Rain of stones for active damage, and unload on him as much as you can?
I may be wrong in this all like I said again but just my two sents. Also Marintok and Liantae can't take the brute damage of strong flurries and drums just as well.
