Re: It is what he's talking about

I'm not sure you're right on this one. Take a look at the classes that typically have kill sealing ability, where do they tend to trend on alignment? I would look at these and say that even with the Pendulum, they still trend evil. Again, in a game where most(read this > 50%) of people consider winning to be PVP action, having more targets = more opportunity = a trend towards higher PK ratios. Sure there are great players who could probably play any align and still rack up insane PK ratios, but just looking at the statistics says that it would trend towards a heavy evil. My play times are pretty consistent, and I have seen and a whole bunch of level ranges, hours and hours where I am the only good aligned on in my range with a few neutrals. I have also experienced, more than once, being the only Good aligned on period. Smaller player base at those times, sure, 10-20 players, but still....You're right on a lot of things, but on this one, I don't think you are....

Jesus christ, com 'wrath' is bullshit at low levels.

That is what low levels are for. Co bash, or just get away without any fighting (n/t)

I think you misunderstand what the IMMs mean when they talk about balance

Except

I notice a huge difference.

As per Nep, killing neutral guildguards to get to evil is ok, even for paladins.

Yup, agree 100% nt. (n/t)

NeverMindTheWarlocks March 29, 2010 04:32PM

I believe this is more evocative of class balance than align balance

One thing I've learned is to just walk away from some opponents.

cointreau March 28, 2010 12:31AM

Moar saves. But yes, that doesn't really help. If you are a race that is vuln to wrath you can probably eat some stoneskin preps without too much to worry about though. (n/t)
