As a serial Villager, I need to point out that:
1. If you don't want to fight a Villager, you pretty much don't have to. I'd say about 5% of mages are the conflict-avoiding
explorer types and they are extremely difficult to kill unless you catch them unaware in a bad place (for them.) Very often
they word right out of combat after the first lag wears off (or misses.)
2. If you want to fight a Villager, but feel like you'll get eaten alive 1 on 1, bring your friends. Sure, one of you will probably
die, maybe even two, but it greatly increases your chances.
3. Deathblow is great, but is DB really outweigh no flight*, no bash protection*, no heal heal, no q return, no q teleport, no
magic anything?
*there are exceptions
1. You can't always avoid a Villager, especially if you have to raid/retrieve or basically you don't be seen as a wuss. They can avoid you the same exact way so it's not really an argument.
2. So as I said, you can gank - which is funny when the village screams for honorable 1on1s all the time. And you just said a villager could kill 2 out of 3 people, with no prepping. Ya that's fair and fun.
3. Actually, it does. Some of the most deathful people over the years have been villagers and I assure you, most of them *wanted* to be bashed when they can kill you so fast in melee.
In my argument I said you can either run, gank, or prep for hours to even have a sliver of a chance. How exactly was your points any different?
