Orcs are dumb ("woefully stupid"), we get it.

However, using the intelligence stat as a scale, they are only relatively dumber than giants. More and more lately people play them like they are literally retarded, and have 5-6 intelligence. IMHO, the way people play chaotic-stupid-'tard Orcs is so far gone from what was originally intended it's ridiculous, regardless of what people may have gotten away with recently.

People are playing Orcs to be funny and entertaining on a purely OOC level, and it shows. You can play an Orc who is dumb as shit without being a borderline OOC, retarded, attention-whoring moron asking to be punished.
