Shamans are very survivable and lately, it looks like a tons of them are joining the Refuge.
1) What are the general principles to kill a shaman?
2) What are the specific tactics for melee classes?
I feel a bit the same but I must say, my tendency to have 2 char at the same time probably doesn't help, maybe I should begin to stick with only one...
I also wonder if the fact that english is not my first language come into play.
CF Imms have been absolutly no help with this but, at least, I can post from a different computer/ISP (ie at work) with my account.
If you find a solution (appart from changing ISP) please share.
Some think Village berserkers powers are OP. Do you agree?
In your opinion, what are the best combos and tactics (not only ganking please) to kill a RWB?
This is an excellent resumé of the situation. The only thing I would add is the disappointing behaviors of the Cabal Immortals : Jormyr who likes to play hard-to-get-bitch and Ysal.... well anyone has ever seen her?
Forget the good news: A good backstory, recommandations and a mage kill is not enough: now the two new leaders want you to know the history of the Village. Probably a reaction to t
You think Village powers are OP, you probably think of DeathBlow... do you have other power in mind?
Also, I do not know if your opinion about their powers being OP is shared by many: I've often red opposite opinion in this forum.
Quoteellokraine
Because I think their powers are stupid OP and because of the whole ideology behind villagers being elite, I thought it should be one of the
Having to fill any damned task (wich of course delay your induction), like :
a) "find a task to do, not too hard, not too easy or you'll never get inducted ! "
or
b) "go find your legend" (what is that suppose to mean!?) in order to show you have focus and are worth to live amongst the best warriors of Thera.
Honestly, I find absolutely no fun in this ego
Dryaven's role was more than simply good... it was super good!!! Makes me very curious to read Yuno's one even if you say it's not your best work.
Icilio was also very good; the idea of the Veiled organization with its five color veil... very creative.
Dryaven's, and Icilio's role were super good but left me with a feeling of "good start but what happened a
REAAALLLY liked the Intro, Overview and Backstory of Grugga and all the links to the differents spheres of Whysidan in Role 2.
You really have a talent at telling stories... can't wait to read your next stuff!
Maybe in the days when there was 50-100 players playing at the same time it was necessary (can't tell since I was not attracted by the Village at the time) but with today's low PB , I don't know...
The cabal is very interesting for those (like me) who get older and would prefer to waste no time gathering preps and still be competitive for PK. And if someone doesn't want to
1) My weapontrip skill is perfected and I got the echo “Your weapontrip seems to slide around Someone.” 3 consecutive rounds in a fight (instead of the usual “Your weapontrip misses.”) without being able to trip my opponent. Does this echo (first time I see it) indicates that it's not possible to weapontrip this person? If so, how can you immune yourself to weapontrip???
2) Is it possib
1) Wich (and why) thief combo do you find to be best to solo fight assassins ?
2) Is knife really better than gouge? I never played a hero thug and the two seem quite similar at low and mid levels and gouge can leave your opponement bleeding.
Always wondered about lash and bearcharge...
a) Is bearcharge lagging and reliable as bash (I think between 1 and 4 round for victim and 2 round for basher) ?
b) Is bearcharge, as bash, more reliable if you're larger than target?
c) Is lash lagging and reliable as trip (i think trip is 1.9 round)?
Very interesting idea. Some of the quotes I totaly agree with:

- Because not only is the newbie at the disadvantage that all of you masochistic neets and old farts refuse to rank without perfecting your skills, but you also all spend hours gathering preps so you can be battle ready. The newbie doesn't stand a chance. The n
I just finished reading Talimor's logs and I see he's mainly using this skill even if it unload less damage than using 'wrath'... I can figure maybe two reasons:
a) he is not laging himself (he seems able to bat at every round)
b) when he bats on the head, the victim is STUN... does it means the victim is laged?
Am I missing something?
I'm thinking of coming back after a long time not playing. My main concern is that I don't want to spend too much time running after preps to have a decent char in PvP fights and, if possible, being survival enough to do some solo exploration.
Of course I thought of going Battle for absence of prepping. In terms of survivability for exploration, I thought of a felar ranger (but they&
"in the case of champion pressing him removes his only defence with parry" ... what do you mean by "pressing him"?

from Trample helpfile : Footware that is equipped to deal extra damage modifies the trampling damage.
Do you know any orc footware (beside spiked toed boots) that deal extra damage ?
