I was very happy when the Hall was burned to the ground. That being said, it is nothing personal, Imbrogno. I don't hate the players (I've had much fun with Jaldean and Bria). And I'm not whining. I accept the "flawed" Arbiter cabal as something the Immortals feel is necessary despite its constant corruption, and I deal with it while I'm playing. Personally, however, despite something that Kastellyn wrote a while ago, which was convincing enough, I think the cabal is flawed, adds nothing to the game, and is restrictive to roleplaying. It's just an opinion inspired by my experiences with the typical Arbiter. Now, what are *you* trying to say? I do not gather it from your post. Are you saying the Arbiters are not corrupt, despite so many piles of evidence that it seems intentionally so? I'm curious.
If cityguards were made as strong as the enforcer, and any time I cause a yell I were made wanted automatically, I can guarantee you my solution would not include the return of the Arbiters.
Are you saying you like the cabal and you feel Carrion Fields would suffer without it?
Are you saying there is no better option than the Arbiter cabal, and that policing cities is necessary for roleplaying/balance?
