Mirror, mask, and shroud. Each must be equipped by whichever PC guards it. Quitting or dropping link causes the item to fall to the ground.

Mirror + shroud = death flame. Both must be stolen for death flame power to be lost.
Mask + shroud = anonymity. Both must be stolen for shadow mask power to be lost.
Mask + mirror = disguise. Both must be stolen for disguise power to be lost.

If all three items are lost, then it is up to public cabal leaders to retrieve, or else they could hire uncaballed mercenaries or Hidden members who can safely pretend to be such.
