If I play a character for 600 hours and you do too, and mine forces you to run every time we meet for 600 hours, but one time you kill me (and I never kill you, because you run off), do you consider that imbalanced in favour of you?
I'd argue it is unbalanced the other way, since you got to impose your will on me for 600 hours, and dying once to do that is a small price to pay.

Clearly I've exagerated for example purposes, but the principle applies. Kill sealing and imposing your will is not the same thing. It CAN be the same thing, but it often isn't. If you, the evil, see me waltz in and take your cabal item 50 times during that 600 hours because you can't stop me, and I, the good, get killed once by you, is that imbalanced? If so, which way?
