That's the general consensus. The analysts on the team are all looking for new jobs. They will lose the skill positions (I do analytics and reporting environment implementations) and they will be left with button pushers and maintenance men. Oh, and fat/happy/overpaid managers.

Good for the short term, a terrible decision for long term.
