Had you raided the village with others? If the answer is yes to either (or both) of these he may have grounds to attack you. For the first question, you assist magi (in killing him) and other villagers. If you raided the village, you are clearly an enemy of village. logs of him one-rounding people and subsequent whine-fest/discussion. The arena was created. Evil cabals are still being spanked in terms of holding their items but Empire has crazy numbers at the moment. Quite a few characters in battle/outlander have deleted. Llorenz(o rolling in a Benzo) immed and is now an avatar and Satebos successfully completed the lich quest and is now undead. Thatby istirith - Main Board
You can find ABS outside area explores in some easy to get to places, especially at hero. Probably around level 27 you can very easily find some AS and about 35-40 you can find barrier, if you know where to look. Yes, the nicest ABS (or most available) will be in area explores, sure, but a lot of the obvious ones are on tough mage mobs that are hero level. Some wands/staves/potions are availby istirith - Char Board
I personally, don't know much about sleeks (only a few common locations) but I have enough knowledge of easily gatherable, limited ABS to keep up protections most of the time. You should make an exploration character sometime. Goodie conjie or util/def (or water if you are so inclined to explore under the oceans) shifter. and was full looted. One of the gankees talked shit for about 5 minutes (despite me not bitching or talking shit about dying initially) they then went deaf when I attempted to reply. Its situations like that which really leave a sour taste in my mouth, so I can understand where Aritu is coming from. I am glad it is still the minority though, if it wasn't I wouldn't play this gameby istirith - Char Board
Util major/def minor is always a good option. I know the revamp has given def shifters a boost but I honestly still don't get why people opt for def major when they won't have the hp to tank for long anyway (at lower tiers) if they are getting hit by mobs at all.by istirith - Char Board
Apparently cloud giants warriors are the race/class of choice for annoying lowbie (level 15-20) griefer characters. They were about 3 years ago (and before) from time to time. Kill-happy Pincersvirfs seemed to be popular low-mid midbie characters, good for that player who has progressed on from the bash command. I don't know why people feel cloud's give them the PK edge, probablyby istirith - Main Board
'And if you look at the logs Ravon have posted in some of them iron grip drops so a strip/hook/disarm would have been disaster for him there.' Surely his weapon is no_disarm? I agree that its nice to have a beast of a character like this every so often. Also, it takes an exceptional player to make such a hard race/class so deadly. I hate bioempathy if raiding, particularly with low con (and so low natural hp) characters. Incidentally..the duration of hero bioempathy will be longer but does anyone know if bioempathy from a hero does more damage than bioempathy from a midbie outlander?by istirith - Main Board
Not sure if you were playing back then. That gives an estimate of cabal strength.by istirith - Main Board
Empress, Imm or sect leaders who control your own sect can definitely promote to citizen. I'm unsure but Elites may even be able to. Elites can definitely promote citizens of their sect to the next rank, so I wouldn't be surprised if they could promote bloodoath to citizen in that sect. I think for arcane it may be the Empress or Imms only who can promote bloodoaths to citizenby istirith - Main Board

If Satebos gathers some momentum there could be a stand-off, Ravon vs. Satebos. That'd be something to see. Kinda like a poor-mans Zors vs. Cabdru. CF hasn't had a potential hero match-up like this in a long time.by istirith - Main Board

Is a newbie really going to be knowledgeable enough to pay 5 gold every time they are threatened? Doubtful. If they aren't a newbie then they won't be stupid enough to arena sit as they will be aware of the risks. Plus, I can't find anything more boring than sitting around in a safe room. I'm pretty sure most people on these boards are on the same page.by istirith - Main Board
There is no such thing as a 'safe' area in CF. The Eternal star and the Arena are two examples of safer areas but you can still die in them. Like I stated before, experienced pkers will still fight outside the arena. They may pick a matchup in the Arena though if rp permits them to not kill eachother. Okay.. i've been drinking, so I will try my best BUT: In America, religious law is not being forced from the top down. A believer, regardless of religion, is able to practice their faith within established, non-partisan laws. (Okay. This is the case in some areas of some Islamic countries.)
