This is a pretty lame reason to anathema someone. It seems perfectly in line with Empire RP to use the elf quest to an evil's advantage. It actually seems ludicrous you questioned him on this.

Now, on the other hand, if this player had caught your attention with lacking donations, a horrid pk record or was worthless in general then it makes perfect sense to use this as an excuse to anathema him.

I've noticed that the Imperial imms have been anathema happy lately. Djem got anathematized yesterday and though he wasnt a stellar player he was pretty good. I found the reason he gave me in game to be lacking. Of course, in game a citizen can not question an immortal at all.

I am all for the Empire being a brutal place. It has become alot more brutal lately. There is one small problem. The number of citizens is way down. The peek number of citizen yesterday may have been around six, but most of the day there were only 1-3 citizens on. There were easily twice as many ragers as this the entire time.

The only reason this is a problem is because the Empire's powers are based upon numbers and the immortals are tirelessly working to keep the number of Imperials low.
