If possible, move to a new place.. maybe a bigger place with more space or a smaller place to simplify your life and get down to basics. Change jobs. Change cars (you can do this with surprisingly little money if you sell privately and buy privately). There's probably one or two things in your life that are sucking at your soul. I've gone through a stage in my life where I felt kind of similar (though to a lesser degree) and started changing things. Turns out for me it was my job. I didn't think I hated my job (still don't have any negative feelings towards it or the people there) but when I quit my job and started my own business it basically turned me around 100%.
I might also suggest, if you don't already, volunteer for a local charity. Get involved with something positive and stay busy. I don't get to do it often, but a few times a year I enjoy helping out the local Habitat for Humanity. It's nice to help people get a house and they're not all preachy about stuff. The things I do with them, for example, is there's a convention here for home supplies and the vendors have the option of donating their display stuff rather than shipping it back to wherever it comes from. Last time there were whole bathroom sinks, flooring, cabinets, cases of cleaning supplies, etc. We go there, load them all on pallets, and then they wind up in the homes of people who can use them. Doing things like this is a lot of hard work carrying heavy stuff around (good exercise helps you feel better) and helps to remind me that my problems are kind of trivial.
