It's just about, no matter how bad it gets, realizing that it won't always be like this and just riding the wave through the bad times.
The hard part is finding shit to distract you when things are crappy. Doing it without drugs is tough, but I'm told it can be done.
Some of the other suggestions in this thread aren't bad and you'll figure out which (if any) appeal to you. The hard part is going
to be to take the first step to get the ball rolling, at least it always has been for me.
And if you're really at the point where you feel like jumping, don't. If you really, truly have nothing to lose, take 30K out of the bank
(unless being broke is at the source of your depression) and just fuck off for a while. Grab a flight to St. Somewhere and try to get
your shit straight. Don't worry about your job or relationships or anything else. Just worry about keeping your head on.
Or, shit, you could make it a point to track down that one guy from dio's who pisses you the fuck off and punching him in his fagtron
face. It would make you feel better for a little while, at least.
